1、先进光学制造
针对难加工玻璃光学元件的高质高效成型需求,课题组在玻璃热压成型装备、模具涂层、光学模具加工、工艺智能化等方面进行了深入研究并形成了相关软硬专利。相关成果应用于高端镜头模组场景,并获得中国光学工程学会及广东省科技进步奖,欢迎熟悉光学设计制造的同学加入。
2、激光送丝打印
针对大型薄壁件的高效打印需求,课题组与融速科技进行合作,未来将在磁场/超声场辅助激光送丝打印金属材料的时空组构演变机制进行深入研究,欢迎熟悉材料学、表征学的同学加入。
3、智能装备与系统
针对玻璃模压成型装备、金属打印设备、机器人抛光磨抛系统的数字化、智能化升级,课题组未来将利用数字孪生、大数据分析与人工智能等新一代信息技术,构建与物理实体实时同步交互的数字孪生体,最终目标是研制出具有自感知、自决策、自执行、自学习能力的智能装备系统,欢迎感兴趣的同学加入。
4、产品设计与创新应用
基于上述先进制造技术,设计研发高端镜头模组、柱面透镜阵列、玻璃微流控芯片、具有先进功能的微纳光学元件等具有超高附加值、引领市场需求的新产品,最终目标是形成“尖端装备支撑创新设计,创新设计催生高端产品,高端产品反哺装备研发”的良性闭环。
