非晶合金的记忆效应及其对性能的影响

Memory effect in the amorphous materials is well known, where upon the second annealing at higher temperature, the volume/enthalpy of the relaxed glasses induced by pre-annealing first increase (i.e. rejuvenation) before the inevitable aging approach to the equilibrium. This phenomenon is well studied. Such a rejuvenation effect triggered by the two-step annealing is an easy route to rejuvenate the relaxed glass and may be able to reductilize the embrittled glasses. However the effect of memory effect on the changes in the mechanical and magnetic properties of amorphous materials is rarely studied. Here in our talk, we shall report our efforts on the rejuvenation of metallic glasses using memory effect, in particularly its effect on the mechanical behaviour and reductilization of the embrittled metallic glasses.
李毅,香港城市大学(东莞),材料科学及工程学系系主任,讲席教授。曾任新加坡国立大学终身教授、中科院金属所非平衡金属材料研究部和材料动力学部主任。研究领域:主要专注于非平衡金属材料研究,包括非晶合金以及纳米梯度材料的制备和性能研究。科研成果:多次主持国家、省部级大型研究项目,拥有多项适合工业应用的非晶合金专利,在国际一流学术刊物上发表 SCI 论文 300 余篇,包括《Nature》《Science》《Nature Communication》《Science Advances》《PRL》《Materials Today》《Acta Materialia》等。入选爱思唯尔中国内地高被引学者榜单。作为块体非晶材料领域权威,李毅教授与企业开展产学研合作,探讨轻质高强材料在智能眼镜等产品中的应用潜力,分享块体非晶合金在 3C 领域的应用案例,为企业产品研发提供新思路。
